My conversations over the past weeks have been so fascinating with my various Guests on Conscious Lifestyles Radio Show.
When I interviewed Dorit of “Green Lifestyles” in the July 6th show, http://http://greenlifestyles.org the connection between the suffering of animals and the destruction of our wilderness AND our own personal HAPPINESS & Wellness quotients is profound.
Why we are not taught this in basic Religion classes or even Ethics and Health classes is truly the missing keystone to resolving much of the unrest and dysfunction in this world.
Then you add to this paradigm of misinformation & corrupted dogmas the added burden of toxicity on the physical level… and you have the world of strife, sickness/chronic dis-ease, war, and apathy that we see today.
Dr. David Kennedy is one smart Researcher and Dentist. He has made 27 Documentaries to educate the public on the physical and psychological harm that both Fluoride and Mercury do to the human body, and to all life on Earth. Check him out on YOU TUBE. Just type in Dr. David Kennedy and you will get to his many Documentaries, including the most recent one titled “Fluoridegate.” Watch it and pass on the information!
It’s not easy to take all of this in, especially if this is the first you have heard of any of this. But it is imperative that you mull this information over one piece at a time and then get angry enough to take action personally with your lifestyle choices and in your community.
We cannot sit back like apathetic Wimps and let a rogue, overgrown, dictator-style Government poison our lives for another day, year, decade.
The after effects of the chemical air spraying make all of us feel like we are in a Haze, and we are tired a lot… this is all by design. The after effects of Fluoride [poured into the water of Nazi prisoners] make us passive, with lowered IQ and intoxicated Livers and Kidneys to boot.
None of this if fair. You are trying to work, earn a living, support a family, find meaning to your life, and be a good citizen.
But somewhere along the line, somewhere in time, the bad guys took over decision making— everything from Medical School curriculum, our public schools curriculum, public policy, foreign policy, energy dependance, the way houses are constructed in the USA [total crap], and the very food we eat, to the information that is fed to us via the media… it was all taken over through the past generations while the good and honest people were actually working for a living and unknowingly allowing this mind/body/education/lifestyle control to take place.
Where were the Religious Churches and Synagogues to preach to their Flocks to WAKE UP and to be stewards for the Earth? It appears, from my research, that many organized religions were in collusion to control “the masses” and did nothing to point their followers to the Truth [which is clearly spelled out in both the Torah and the Bible]. YOUR BODY IS A TEMPLE. God’s Garden has ALL of the healing and wellness that both sustains and flourishes all life.
Why have these religious outfits remained silent on the very terrorism that has been very deliberate and planned and organized?

I believe that we have been Terrorized for a very long time in some heinous and insidious ways. We have even been “indoctrinated” by powerful forces that put themselves in positions of Authority… Religious Leaders, Politicians, Educators, even parents.
We have a very short amount of time in the history of this world to put on the brakes and re-direct the Trajectory of our entire Society. I believe the time is now. It is the NOW Generation that has to make this happen or there is no future for any life.
Raw Food: It’s Easy, Fun, Satisfying, Gratifying, and Healing

My conversation on Saturday, June 17th with Raw Food Central’s Curtis Griffing inspired me to get several Organic Cucumbers, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Garlic, and other delectable Fruits and Vegetables on my way home from the show!
I have been “Cooking” Raw Food all weekend! I made the Zucchini ‘pasta strips’ with my Joyce Chen spiral [very cool and easy to use] crank spiral machine…. and then I made two separate and totally AMAZING Sauces: one Tomato, Garlic and the other Creamy, Garlic with Coconut Cream and a few soaked nuts. Of course, I used lots of fresh spices like Oregano, Marjoram, Paprika, Basil, and even Cayenne and Saffron!
Everything was so delicious, fresh, and satisfying that I could not believe that I had not been ‘cooking’ like this everyday!
I have a kitchen-grade Ozone machine I keep on my counter in my kitchen with a big container for cleaning all of my produce. I put Spring water in the container, and then I wash the produce really well before throwing them into the Ozone machine for at least 10 to 20 minutes.
I am still learning new recipes whenever I can, and I plan to learn how to make ‘raw’ crusts for raw-food pies.
I have been a Vegetarian for a few years now. The only reason why I don’t say “Vegan” is because I use Bee products like Pollen and Raw, Organic Honey.
Curtis Griffing pointed out to my Audience that Raw Food preparation does not have to be complicated or intimidating.
You would be wise to have a good, slow-masticating Juicer, a Vita-mix, and a spiral device like the Joyce Chen brand.

Beautify Life with Markus Rothkranz
Looking at Markus Rothkranz today, at the age of 50, you would think he was in his 20’s…. and you would never know that he was deathly ill as a child and through young adulthood.

I believe that because our Medical and Veterinary Schools are funded by the big pharmaceutical and processed foods conglomerates, this most-important LINK to health is deliberately ignored entirely in the training programs.
Thus, you need to be your pets advocate.
1.) Think of their food choices as life giving: They need species-appropriate food to feed their unique biological and physiological bodies.
2.) Cats are Carnivores. Dogs are too, but slightly less so. They can have SOME grains. However, Both need high quality food to thrive. Horses and larger Vegetarian animals also have specific food needs that will keep them healthy and happy for many years.
3.) Buy from local, Community Supported Agriculture associations/groups in your State. Their are many who will deliver fresh vegetables, fruits, and humanely raised meats to your town or even to your door once a week! Be sure to visit your local outdoor Farmer’s market whenever you can. This is one of the most economical ways to get great food for both you and your pets at a fraction of the cost of a high-end Organic Grocer.
4.) Cats should not have grains. This, to my recent discovery, can cause serious imbalances in their digestion and even cause bladder stones.
I do a “trio” feeding regimen:
a.) High quality raw meat [mixed with veggies] that I first freeze, then thaw [and will ‘blanche’ with hot water on the outside in a glass pyrex pan to make it warm and inviting to eat.]
b.) I buy ONLY high quality canned/dehydrated food and treats made in small batches in the USA ONLY! Some great brands are Weruva, Stella and Chewy’s, Wysong, Spot’s Stew, Lotus, Organix, Orijen, Country Naturals, Tropical Traditions [frozen Raw food that is excellent], Fromm, Halo [dehydrated treats], and Whole Life [dehydrated treats]. There are other good brands like Holistic Pet, so be sure to have an in-depth conversation with a Pet Nutritionist or a small, high-end Pet store that is truly honest. Additionally, there are some New Zealand made natural foods, but you still need to do your homework on these and make certain they are NOT made in China!
BUY NOTHING FROM CHINA WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PET’S FOOD! TOO MANY BELOVED ANIMALS ARE DYING FROM CONTAMINATED, FILTHY, HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE FOOD “PROCESSED” IN CHINA!
c.) High quality dry food from the above named companies. This is given NOT as their main meal, but more as a small treat in a bowl. However, I prefer to give the dehydrated chicken and Bonito fish flakes [you get in the Asian section in any good food store] in a bowl for snacks throughout the day.
Finally, you should be adding Probiotics, Enzymes, Green Powder, either Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds and Flax Oil to your pets food is key to maintaining a successful protocol.
Especially when your pet has been ill, you MUST look at their food sources.
Animals are here to give us incredible love, wisdom, truth, and Guidance from the Divine. There is no question about it.
The current medical system of only harsh drugs and aggressive surgeries are taking way too many lives [both Human and Animal].
Look at the natural alternatives that are certainly more gentle in healing, and in maintaining true health.
Any pet trying to recover from any illness needs additional probiotics, minerals, and herbal remedies [I love “Animals Apawthecary,” and “Amber Technology” along with “Pet Wellbeing” and “Pet Alive” and “Vetionx Homeopathics.”] Cranberry Powder is great for Urinary issues, along with Homeopathic Remedies such as “Nux Vomica 30C,” “Causticum 30C,” and the really important remedy of “Urtica Urens 200C.” You can get these from Washington Homeopathics via mail order. Whole Foods will sell the 30C remedy strength.
Also, learn how to give subcutaneous fluids properly and safely. This can literally be a lifesaver. I buy Lactated Ringers bags and small needles [22 gauge] from an online store called “Atlantic Medical.” Any good Veterinarian or Vet Tech can teach you how to give sub-q fluids and you can work with your Vet on how much to give. My 7 pound cat got 100 cc’s every day when she really needed it. This helped with getting the much-needed electrolytes into her body.
Another good thing to include in your loving regimen for any animal who needs extra care is to have some Witch Hazel and Rose Water to help clean them with a warm wash cloth. I even bought a baby’s soft hair brush to brush my kitty softly when she was not able to fully clean herself. This is very healing, and a kind act of love that will also help the two of you bond even closer while the process of healing [or even the process of transitioning] takes place.
Lastly, vaccines are filled with highly corrosive, toxic and dangerous by-products like Formaldehyde, Aluminum, Mercury, live Viruses, and Chemicals that have no business being shot into your arm or into your animal’s body. These have been linked to many degenerative dis-eases, including aggressive cancers and even diabetes. Learn the facts about the dangers of Vaccines, and do not let any bad Veterinarian bamboozle you into shooting up your beloved pet!
Remember, the Vet AND the Pharmaceutical company are held LEGALLY “Harmless” from any and all damages and death they cause from administering a vaccine! Who would ever imagine that any industry would enjoy such immunity from any responsibility.

Always remember that a White Lab Coat is a COSTUME. It was developed as a method to soothe patients nearly 100 years ago with the feeling of purity and life that the color white was thought to bring in the patients mind.
However, there is evidence that many patients don’t feel so relaxed around someone with a White Coat. In fact, many people experience elevated blood pressure and worry just seeing a person approach them in such a costume.
The same feelings are exhibited by your family pets. And when you are not around [when you drop them off at the Vets and think they are safe] the unthinkable could happen.
My conversation on August 4th, 2012 with Pet Advocate Julie Catalano demonstrates to my audience how clearly urgent this matter really is in our world. It hardly ever gets exposed in the “mainstream” but it is still a huge issue. “Vet Abuse” has touched many of us, and even some people who simply don’t realize that their pet was killed or suffered injuries from a person they thought they could trust.
Our beloved Siamese cat, “Mina,” was horribly killed by a ‘holistic’ and even ‘famous’ Vets office…. and they ILLEGALLY charged my credit card on file [without my consent] for the $895 bill afterwards… sneakily, they waited about a month or so to do it.
Wow. I thought we could trust a Vet who wrote a book, gets himself on Television, Radio interviews, etc.
The Smith Ridge Veterinary Center in South Salem, NY, run by Dr. Marty Goldstein really caused the biggest anguish, shock, and unthinkable pain and suffering to our 13 year old child who lost his beloved best friend on August 4, 2010 to egregious negligence. A totally irresponsible female Vet named Dr. Jaqueline Ruskin, was charged with Second Degree Negligence by the New York State Board.
Totally horrifying. The long fight to get the charges off of my card are a whole secondary insult to injury. I won’t bore you with these details, but the nasty “office manager” [who is so fat and wretched she should not be working in a “Holistic” Vets office or any medical establishment whatsoever] fought with all she had and even lied to American Express to keep the charges on my card! Can you imagine such a thing after killing someone’s cat?
This office negligently ripped open Mina’s Trachea when they were installing an intubation tube into her throat. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT? They did not practice one ounce of correct emergency measures to get air into her lungs. The New York State Disciplinary Department told me this after examining her X-Rays and files.
Smith Ridge Vet Office played mind games, and even tried to blame our Cat for their mistake! This is a true sign of Sociopathic and Deceptive behavior. Truly Dangerous.
This terrible behavior is certainly not acceptable. But it is an occurrence that happens daily somewhere in America.
Now really is the time to fight back as Consumers to protect our Pets. They deserve to be worth more than “property” and the bad Veterinarians should be subjected to the same scrutiny and legal action that a typical bad human Doctor would have to face.

My second Guest was the very knowledgeable Medical Journalist, Sherri Kane.
Sherri has been reporting on what is now termed “Bad Science” for a few years now. She has uncovered, along with many other respected Journalists, the misinformation that is being bombarded upon the gullible American consumer when it comes to Vaccines, Chemicals, Dangerous Pharmaceuticals [that stay on the market way too long as the FDA deliberately drags its feet before removing such dangerous drugs], and everything you can imagine that is deliberately burdened upon you as an innocent consumer, whether you realize it or not.
Sherri’s message was to do your own research into natural healing. Autoimmune dis-ease is on the rise from vaccine “excitotoxins” and brain damaging neurotoxins, along with petroleum and warfare chemicals that masquerade as “Pesticides” or “Garden” helpers, etc., and bad, de-natured, GMO food.
I believe in Integrative care. Sure, technology is fantastic when needed, but you need to become well versed in the healing miracles of Nutrition, Herbs, Homeopathy, and other exciting ways to clean your body so you won’t fall prey to dis-ease.
I believe that we could really have world peace [no kidding here] if we could start to employ the common sense of utilizing God’s Garden that is so clearly spelled out for us in both The Torah and The Bible.
It’s time to protect this Garden from mass destruction by some really bad forces that aim to profiteer from keeping people sick, destroying our water supply, our air supply, our food supply, and our future.
“How?” is the question. First, do your own research into natural gardening, plant care, lawn care, home cleaning products, and even innocent things like Deodorant have ALUMINUM in them and get right into your blood stream and intoxicate your body! Read labels, and be a voice to demand that chemicals be taken out of our body care products, baby products, and our food.

Raj Patel’s book, “Stuffed and Starved: The Hidden Battle For The World Food System” is an eye-opening expose’ on the corruption behind the agricultural practices in both the USA and around the world.
The most greed emanates from the same players: the big “Agri-businesses” that lobby the US Congress to have their way with tax subsidies and then abuse the privilege by creating factory farms, intimidation of small [Organic] Farmers around the world, and severely limiting the food choices of the honest Consumer.
There are dozens of varieties of corn, for instance, but the American market is given a mere one or two at the Grocery store. Additionally, most corn is grown with very dangerous pesticides that poisons the soil, air, waterways and human health.
Pesticides and sludge from factory farms kills the important microorganisms that create fertile soil– so we have dead soil intoxicated with increasing rounds of chemical fertilizer toxins just to get something to grow… and then the Consumer pays with their health.
The circle of deception is far and wide reaching. Where does it end? Clearly, our elected officials talk a good game about “family” and “healthcare” and other such meaningless chatter just to get elected… but they have proven unreliable for the restoration of food integrity and even its safety for consumption.
The impoverished Farmers, leading to increasing Farmer suicides around the world, are directly the result of behemoth Agri-business intimidation, unlawful practices, deception, and even manipulative legal maneuvering in order to wipe out the culturally diverse food choices that are so important for the survival of entire cultural identities along with, of course, the health of a country’s people and micro-economies [“Main Street”] that are the real backbone of any civilization.
Raj Patel’s book is a tell-all that certainly opened my eyes, and I believe is one of the many voices today that can start a groundswell of protest that is so greatly needed if we are to take back our food system and thus, our true health…. and really, what else is there in life if you don’t have your health?

Part II of the June 16, 2012 show is an interview with Dr. Henry Grayson on the mind-body connection when it comes to healing.

Dr. Grayson makes the incredible point of how your mind and words alone can affect your wellbeing. He writes about an experiment that took place at a University where 4 identical plants were placed in identical rooms, with the same light sources, and given the exact same amount of water. Students were told to go into each room, daily, and speak sweet, encouraging sentiments to one plant, then to the second plant play classical music, then the third plant they were told to yell obscenities, speak harshly and negatively, and finally, the fourth plant, they were told to play acid rock to the plant only.
The first two plants that were given encouraging words, and loving energy thrived and grew. The last two plants withered and died, despite the attention that was given to give them adequate food/water/sunlight.
What does this tell us about the connection between self-talk, your environment, your exposure to either positive or to negative words/energy/people?
There is no question that there is a direct connection between your health, how well you heal, and the environment/words/energy that you are exposed to.
This fascinating book explains Dr. Grayson’s practice in healing with his patients and how all of us can choose the easy daily practices that allow our bodies to thrive.
I certainly choose to thrive and to live.
But how many of us have been exposed to negative environments or to people who simply manipulated their way into our lives… and stayed way longer than we should have ever allowed?
I now have a true consciousness on this topic after reading Dr. Grayson’s book. I always instinctively knew that someone’s energy was positive or negative, but I never really gave myself the permission to truly listen to this important message.
It is odd how the Western medical system has been so corrupted by the idea of “flat earth” science that they have completely disregarded the positive or negative energies that directly influence the outcome of your body’s healing abilities.
We are designed as SPIRITUAL living Beings [ALL of us! Including the plant kingdom]. Listen to your body, listen to your intuition, and pay attention to energies that are powerful forces on this Earth.

I was personally injured from the Hepatitis A Vaccine in 1998, prior to leaving for my Honeymoon in Africa.
I was never given any forewarning of complications or injury from such a vaccine. Are Doctors not required to give such fair disclosure?

The Bureau of Land Management [BLM], under the direction of a bloodthirsty and corrupted Cattle Rancher named “Bob Abbey” has revved up its taxpayer wasting programs to illegally round-up and kill our beautiful American Wild Horses and Burros.
This abomination and abuse of perceived power on their part is one of the most wretched “programs” that overtly wastes hard-earned taxpayer money.
These round-ups are illegal and were declared illegal by an act of Congress in 1971. What the heck is going on?
Well, when you appoint people like Ken Salazar, another oil/cattleman, to high places like The Secretary of The Department of Interior… You get more bad people like Bob Abbey and his dubious third-party “contractors” who have long histories of abuse on their public record… Add all of these elements together with an incompetent President who thinks nothing of throwing money at bad “programs” regardless of its disastrous consequences… and you have the recipe for Fraud and OVERT abuse.
My conversation with Attorney Bruce Wagman, Partner with Schiff Hardin in San Francisco, struck a chord with me and with thousands of people who heard the broadcast.
Many people are aware of Obama’s abuse of our tax dollars, ridiculous big-government programs, and Czar-appointed behavior, but they had NO IDEA that Obama was THIS BAD!
A joke, a song, a two-step, a scheme, a pretentious act of Diplomacy does not cover nor conceal the truth of the actual behavior and choices any person makes.
The same is applied to Mr. Obama and his list of unqualified, corrupted Appointees to a failed Cabinet with people like Ken Salazar left to literally kill and destroy without one iota of concern for the public outrage at the destruction and bloody trail of horrifying slaughter and egregious waste.

Once again, Cabinet Appointee to The Department of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, an unimpressive supporter and former employee of the big Agri-business industries– has sold out the American Taxpayer and given a big, fat free “PASS GO CARD” to DNA damaging and human cell killer companies like Monsanto and other big Agri-business, GMO monsters.
Sorry, I cannot suppress my disgust and horror of such abuse and deception at the Taxpayer and Consumer expense.
Why have our Organic, small Farmers who take pride in the quality of their products and care about the Earth, been harassed and threatened by the Big Agri-business companies with no help from the US Government?
Why are GMO’s not required to be labeled in Grocery Stores [at the VERY LEAST] and WHY on Earth are GMO’s even approved by the corrupted USDA [also under Tom Vilsack’s watch]?
This is dangerous to the health of the planet, to all living beings, and certainly to the future of our food quality and Nutrition.
Remember, you CANNOT be healthy without healing foods. This is impossible.
It is disturbing to see the Propaganda of misrepresentation and outright lies today with Michelle Obama planting an Organic Garden in the lawn of the White House, as though this is going to smooth over the betrayal of our food supply to the millions of unsuspecting people who buy their groceries that are NOT rightfully, truthfully labeled as “Toxic” “Pesticide/Agent Orange Dangerous” or “GMO Frankenstein Food.”
See the irony? See the double-talk? See the Propaganda? See the spin-doctoring?
Don’t be fooled.
We are the people who have to stand up for REAL FOOD and stop this Frankenstein-food disaster from unfolding beyond the wretched damage it has already done.
Small Farmers are being relentlessly pursued, SUED, harassed, and forced to close-up their Farms as a result of the Genetically Modified seeds blowing in the wind and contaminating their Organic crops.
How crazy is this? The US Government does NOTHING to support or protect our Organic, Local Farmers and THEIR RIGHTS but they give taxpayer money, bailouts, and corporate welfare to these dangerous, environment destroying, monolithic, reckless, aggressive, arrogant, chemicalized, life-destroying companies?
What is Mr. Obama thinking? Why is someone so corrupt as Tom Vilsack and every knucklehead he oversees and hires at the USDA given a reign of terror over the American consumer, farmer, body of water, and all life?
The time is now to fight back. Regardless of your personal Political viewpoint, you cannot ignore these facts. They are surprising and truly shocking, but you need to know about them to do something to save your own life, the future of your heritage, the future of all food sources.
