Beautify Life with Markus Rothkranz

Looking at Markus Rothkranz today, at the age of 50, you would think he was in his 20’s…. and you would never know that he was deathly ill as a child and through young adulthood.

Today, he lives the life that everyone in their right mind wants: Vibrancy, Love, Happiness, True Health, Wisdom, and Abundance.

When conventional Doctors told him at a young age that he would not live long, Markus looked to Nature for the answers. He went into the Desert, observed the beauty and healing of our natural world, and found the way to heal his body through unloading the physical and emotional “junk” he realized he had been carrying around. He detoxed his body, mind, and spirit… and found life.

Markus’s story is remarkable, but certainly not unusual in the natural healing community.

But why is this miraculous bodily [and subsequently spiritual healing] so unthinkable in the conventional, American-style of pharmaceutical, surgery-based medicine?

Why are natural detoxification methods and truthful Nutrition kept out of the equation in “modern medicine?”

In our conversation on Saturday, May 18th, 2013, Markus explained the simple keys to wellness, longevity, and abundance in life.

I call this healing a Gift from God’s Garden. In both the Torah and the Bible, the Herbs and other nature-given healing properties [including Essential Oils] are clearly described and very clearly decreed as Gifts to all living beings to gain healing from. Why are they ignored today, in our supposed “modern” world? Are politics, profits, and control at play?

You can be healed naturally. You can leave behind the pain, suffering and confusion. You can start again, and be better than ever. Markus shows people how to turn their lives around and live 100% healthily.

One of those books you cannot put down……. and certainly one that makes you think about your life, your purpose, and your journey’s quality is Michele Hebert’s “The Tenth Door: An Adventure Through The Jungles of Enlightenment.”

My conversation with Michele on my September 8th show was so cool for me because her book resonated with me on so many levels.

Finding the right pathway can be a challenge for the best of us. The expectations of society, family, and even the limitations of your own mind can clutter your life and mislead you to a place you were never meant to be.

The Tenth Door beautifully takes you on Michele Hebert’s own journey, with bumps and all, that will change your thinking, perspective, and even empower you to take your own first steps towards your God-given birthright. Michele opens up a new world that leads to physical wellness, incredible truth and higher standards, and Sage enlightenment.

Discover what the “Tenth Door” is in your body, mind, and spirit. It really exists.

This week, September 3, 2011, I highlighted two truly outstanding women in this world who are featured in Coach Carl Logrecco’s new book available now on Amazon.com: “Healthy, Wise, And Amazing Women.” ++++ By the way, the book is only 99 Cents and I am also featured in this book! I am certainly honored to be included in the collection of excellent women on this Earth today.

My first Guest, Debra Beck, specializes in mentoring Teens and seeks to empower young girls to see themselves as unique, worthy, awesome living beings who are very much needed in this world. Their productiveness as adult women is directly related to how they are treated, parented, and loved as young girls.

The world gives sooooo many confusing messages to women as it is. Growing up insecure and/or with parents who are not able to create an “Authentic” and respectful relationship with their own children makes the future pathway of these young people much more insecure, unstable, and even confusing.

Give your young people the tools to empower their lives. Debra Beck specializes in showing parents AND their kids just how to do this.

Check out Debra Beck’s website at empoweredteensandparents.com

My second Guest, Marina J, located in Australia, talks about becoming the “Goddess” that you were made by the Creator to be in this world. She seeks to empower adult women to strive for their greatest potential.

Transcending the horribly confusing messages from the past and stepping into your life as an enlightened and more powerful [and WISE] woman is your Birthright.

Marina talks about HOW to get to where you want to be, and she coaches women all over the world on attaining their highest empowerment.

Marina has built a successful yoga clothing business along with her wonderful “Goddess” Coaching to women.

Check Marina J out at www.marinaj.net

As Marina J has stated, “Loving yourself will transform how you treat everyone else.” It will also transform your life and you will have discernment, intuition, self-worth and decisiveness in every aspect of your life.

Making good decisions that are right for you and in line with the highest Divinity is, indeed, the key to a great life.

Thank you, Marina, Debra and Coach Carl Logrecco…. you have touched my life and I believe that everyone who discovers your messages will also be propelled into a world of fulfillment and honor.

The world is a better place when Entrepreneurs and ordinary people start to make a difference when they take action.

My two Guests this week, Susan Hunt Stevens the CEO of an outstanding web site, “Practically Green” and Mark Winterer, the CEO of “Recover Green Roofs” are two people I am thrilled to have on my show.

Being a Green Manifesto is easy when you have the tools. A visit to practicallygreen.com will help you get all the tools you need to understand the importance of being sustainable, eco-conscious, and a true Earth Warrior.

The greatest thing about this web site is it shows you exactly what companies and products are Green…. Susan’s team behind the web site makes it easy since they do ALL of the leg-work and investigations behind the ‘green washing’ that is out there…. so all listings of Ecological/Sustainable information you see is honorable. AND you get a nice education on the entire subject matter of being TRUE GREEN, to boot! Excellent is the word for this starting place for every man, woman and brilliant child who wants to take action and get started right away.

I want to save Wildlife. This is one of my deepest passions in life.

What I love about “Recover Green Roofs” is that Owner, Mark Winterer, has brought a European way of life to the USA: Green Roofs.

In a large metropolis, the suburbs, or even in rural areas, we could use more greenery, wild places for nesting and cleaner air quality.

Green roofs are one part of the answer to our ecological woes today. It is time that this practice become “mainstream” in all home and commercial building projects, and it is time that the US Government start to actually practice what they preach in lip service to the taxpayer.

Green Roofs need tax incentives to become part of our sustainable planning for cities and townships. And it needs to start now.

Visit recovergreenroofs.com and empower yourself with this incredible knowledge that does bring life back to our landscapes that have been paved, destroyed, disrespected, and polluted.

The world is, indeed, a better place when good people decide to take the smallest action to save a bird who fell from its tree… or to plant a garden using sustainable methods… to supporting businesses who share the honorable passion to help save our planet. Start today.

Monroe Mann On Reaching Your Personal “Strives”

Monroe Mann is not someone you can take lightly. He is an incredible person who loves his life and knows how to make every idea and inspiration a realization.

I wanted to have Monroe on my June 11th show to share his secrets about how he organizes his time and how he overcomes obstacles and makes them into opportunities.

Monroe shared how everyday, when he was a Soldier in Iraq, he was faced with the awakening of how precious life is. And short life is.

He returned from Iraq a person who was even more determined to live to his fullest potential, and to keep striving for new achievements that present themselves as opportunities.

“A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.” — Henry Brooks Adams

I love the book, “The Alchemist” because it is all about finding opportunities in what at first appears to be a challenge or even a detour. The beautiful thing in this life is to take those new roads that present themselves mindfully and creatively.

Everyone has a fullest potential to live up to. I believe, as I always talk about on my show, that you need to stay physically, mentally, and spiritually in tune, and everything will be much more exciting to live for.

Namaste.

How To Get Off The Mental Merry-Go-Round

How you think will direct your life, and will become your Destiny. Your Destiny on this earth becomes your Legacy.

Life on Earth is Finite. You can never get your time back.

What’s great about Jeanna Gabellini of MasterPeace Coaching, www.masterpeacecoaching.org, is that she teaches good people to realize the power in having fun at what you are pursuing! She awakens most of us who had fallen into the ‘grind’ of life that your truthful passions in life will propel you into a joy filled, prosperous, gratifying life legacy…. and you will most definitely be OFF that mental Merry-Go-Round…. totally free!

My show with Jeanna broadcast this past Saturday, the 14th of May on WSTC/WNLK.

“You don’t have to work long and hard to be financially prosperous and live a joy filled life.”— Jeanna Gabellini

Your inner voice is always spot on. Listen to it! Whatever the situation is, personal or business…. listen to the voice [it takes practice] and take action. You don’t have to understand why this voice is telling you something— it will become clear later on and it will protect you, guide you, and could very well save you.

Why the “Western” thinking has ignored this very important spiritual, in-tune practice in life that is a crucial part of the whole paradigm of well-being in life is tragic. Really, it is.

Jeanna reminded us to ‘start listening.’ This is more important than any expert, coach, etc.

I loved this show, and it’s in the “Archives” section of this blog for my listeners.

The journey, and the people you choose to join you on the journey in your life, must be a conscious one.

True Love + Marriage

“The real act of marriage takes place in the heart, not in the ballroom or church or synagogue. It’s a choice you make. Not just on your wedding day, but over and over again. And the choice reflected in the way you treat your husband or wife.”
— Barbara De Angelis

My interview with Angela Paul on November 29th on finding love, and having a happy marriage [or just having happy relationships in life] was a discussion that more people need to have…. honestly.

What do you look for in a partner? How do you know you have true love? Where do you find the right one?

The first person you need to be honest with and to evaluate is yourself. What were your past relationships like and is there a pattern in choosing the same “type” of person without realizing your self-sabotaging pattern?

My radio interview with Angela encompassed some big, ethereal subjects within the Marriage theme, but what I walked away with from this conversation is the following:

1.) Make a list of your Values
2.) What is your outlook on life? Write it down.
3.) What qualities are most important to you?
4.) What qualities do you have and what do you bring to a relationship?
5.) Are you willing to welcome a person who is different from yourself? What specifically would you NOT want? What differences would be interesting and even fun to have in your life?
6.) Spiritual Foundations are the strongest. What do you believe?
7.) Romance Ebbs and Flows in all good, long-term relationships. What steps will you take in this forthcoming relationship to be totally authentic, grounded, honest?

8.) What did you learn from your past mistakes and even the bad experiences?
9.) Are you seeking your personal best for your life? How do you treat service people and the person who makes your coffee at Starbucks? How do you treat animals, the elderly…. do you care about others and their well being? This is a keystone question. If you are respectful to others around you in your daily life, chances you are you are ready to have a good relationship.
10.) What were the role models you witnessed as a child? What was right or wrong with what you may have learned by watching/being subjected to as you developed into an adult? Recognize what you need to do an ‘about face’ with in your life…. this is so key to finding happiness within yourself first.

Another important point that Angela made was to NEVER settle! Don’t settle for the disrespectful, ‘wandering-eye’ Wimp who makes you feel far less than anybody should ever feel!

Denying yourself laughter, fun, and compatible companionship in life is like denying yourself from great food, beautiful flowers, sunsets, great movies…. you get the picture.

DON’T SETTLE for anyone who hurts you, no matter how trivial it may be downplayed…. the insults add up and will drag you down [and not to mention waste your time– which you can never get back!]

There is OPPORTUNITY after every parting of the ways…. The same character in the Chinese language for “Danger” is “Opportunity.” Rather than being fearful of being alone, celebrate it and take advantage of this time in your life to get your priorities straight and to improve yourself…. There’s so much to look forward to when you see the opportunity in transition.

Learn from past mistakes. This cannot be repeated enough. Write down what you learned. There’s something incredible that happens when you write down your thoughts, and then take action.

When you do find your soul mate, don’t lose yourself in the relationship! Keep your own identity, individuality, outlook, personal legend.

Angela reminds us that you need time apart when you are in a marriage. This is healthy!

A few years ago, I studied overseas for a few months while my husband was in New York working and taking care of our home. It was a very pivotal time of growth for me…. I then went traveling to Scotland by myself during this time and had something to be grateful for when I returned home.

Time apart is good, and even necessary to a great relationship.

I am glad to have had the opportunity to talk about this very big topic with Angela. I will certainly have her back in the future to continue our on-air discussion… There is so much that I was reminded of when it comes to living with honor and designing the life that only I can navigate.

Love is one of life’s greatest gifts. I cherish it.

What is Quantum Leap Thinking? James Mapes Tells Us How to Quantum Leap in Life….

My conversation with James Mapes, the inventor of “Quantum Leap Thinking” was only a small glimpse of what you can do with your mind to ‘quantum leap’ forward into the life you deserve.

Check out James Mapes’ website and see how you can begin to live life with intention, and being truly happy, fulfilled, and blessed: www.jamesmapes.com/Quantum Leap Thinking
AND
www.jamesmapes.com/Quantum Leap Thinking

James Mapes’ websites are so inspiring and thought provoking, I could spend a lot of time on them, and I do!

A must-have for anyone who is looking to simply improve their life and make a positive impact on this planet while they are here is James’ book, “Quantum Leap Thinking: An Owner’s Guide to the Mind.”

There are negative forces around you everyday, but transcending the negativity and overpowering it with your God-given intuition [a MUSCLE, and you’ve got to use it!] along with your higher alchemy and a clear definition of your standards and values…. you will be better equipped to discern the intentions of others around you clearly and thus navigate your daily path to staying successful, achieving your purpose in this life, and living with passion.

“You control your imagination or your imagination controls you.” — James Mapes

Below I have some of James’ advice he gives, which we talked about on Conscious Lifestyles Radio this week:

1.) Make a personal commitment to yourself, because it all begins with you. Commit to treating yourself with kindness and compassion. Become your own cheerleader…. Do it for yourself, and good people will come your way.

2.) Define your own needs, limits, and boundaries. Your clarity will help you get your priorities in order to help make clear to others the kind of support they can give to you.

3.) Take an honest look at the people who are already close to you. Are you getting the encouragement and truthful, honorable friendship you are entitled to? Are they supportive and in-sync with your values, beliefs, spirituality, and healthy lifestyle?

4.) Ask for help when you really need it and be specific about what you want.

5.) Nurture your support system. e.g., GIVE BACK! Giving and volunteering… doing something to save the planet, help others is so powerful and connects you to a positive energy and positive, honorable people who share your passions to make the world a better place.

6.) Be a very good listener. Your listening without judgement and with an open heart is healing.

7.) Show gratitude. Always express gratitude to have a solid support system.

James Mapes on You Tube

I truly believe we could have peace on earth if each and every individual reassessed their own lives from where they are, seek a higher level of honor and consciousness for themselves, and then gave back to this world.

I believe we could achieve peace on earth if limiting dogmas, closed-mindedness, bigotry, abuse, manipulation, control, and prejudice were seen for the darkness that they are in this world and people made a concerted effort to overcome them via first loving themselves and living their best life with integrity…. it is all connected.

Today’s show was a re-run from March 22nd.

My guest, Jackie Silver, the Author of “Aging Backwards: Secrets To Staying Young”…. Check her out www.agingbackwards.com

1.) Eat Organic
2.) Go Vegetarian and Vegan
3.) Practice kindness to yourself and to others [especially Animals!]
4.) Love
5.) Laugh
6.) Move your body…. Get some exercise for 15 minutes a day
7.) Sun for 10 minutes to 20 minutes a day.
8.) Green Smoothies are good for body, soul, skin.
9.) Learn to read labels! Most skin care and “vitamins” are bad for your body, and are dangerously toxic! The best skin care and vitamins are hand-made, smaller batches, and Organic.
10.) Stay away from toxic lawns, toxic people, and totally de-tox your body at least every six months.

Being beautiful on the inside has so much to do with outlook and taking action for your environment, your passions, helping others, being a voice for our wilderness and wildlife, saving animals and even being a Big Sister/Brother to a worthy young person who might see you as a hero!

Love, Life, Honor.

Beautiful. Naturally.

No Botox, no cutting, prodding, hurting, intoxicating your body is necessary to be truly, naturally, 100% beautiful.

Everybody loves a woman who loves herself. Thank God for role models like Sophia Loren!

My interview last Monday, September 13th, with Angela Paul on the art of being beautiful, healthy, vibrant in every decade of your life is, I believe, part of a movement towards women [and men] embracing the lifestyle of natural, holistic living.

Check out Angela’s new book, “The Beauty of Aging: A woman’s Guide to Joyful Living” as well as her thought provoking [and life changing] book, “It’s Hard Being Human: Thoughts on the Journey From Suffering to Joy.” www.angelapaul.com

“… have a sense of yourself” is what Angela tells women when she reminds us that the media is filled with insecurity and unhealthy messages that wreck havoc on your mind, sense of purpose, and even self esteem.

A life well lived with a balance of truly healthy, self-honoring choices makes [and keeps] you beautiful.

Organic food from small, LOCAL farms is one of the most important choices you could make in your life. Organic does not have to be expensive if you support your community, local farmers.

Send a message to your local elected officials that you, the taxpayer, want to see more outdoor markets in your community that feature local, organic farmers so you can support them, and get healthy in the process of making this lifestyle change.

I love that Angela is so honest about the fact that no one has it easy in this life, and that being human also means that you will be challenged from time to time in this imperfect world, but your journey can be one of enlightenment, honor, renewal, grace, and peace… which centers your life if you allow every chapter to be a fully conscious one.

Being balanced, and centered should be part of your routine every day and this makes you beautiful.

I personally practice Kung Fu for this centeredness and of course, I pray. I am deeply spiritual, and I know that Angela talks about this connection as being so important, and even life affirming.

Angela Paul glows from within. All of her spiritual practices, such as daily meditation, or a walk in the woods and having gratitude for the beauty of God’s natural world, are part of being and feeling beautiful.

Be a naturally gorgeous woman in every decade of your life!

Botox actually causes wrinkles! Don’t buy the negative media messages that are designed to keep women insecure, and never at peace with their unique, incredible bodies, faces, hair, and everything else.

There are better alternatives: healthy food choices [being the number one way to look young, and be healthy], exercise [even moderately– gets the Chi flowing!], choosing healthy cosmetics that don’t have harmful chemicals, protecting and CLEANSING your whole body with natural herbs, and even getting some Acupuncture to balance your body and help release toxins…. so many great practices OTHER than paying money to be injured by injectable toxins/chemicals and surgeries that are very harsh on your body.

Instead, ground yourself with meditation, prayer, spirituality… and practices like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Kung Fu, Meditation and Prayer. Even a hike in the woods and communing with nature can clear your mind and give you perspective in life.

The negative media messages will start to look ridiculous, absurd, and even offensive to your intelligence! You will be armed to both ignore those media messages and even fight back… with being a natural, vibrant, totally balanced woman with self-esteem, self-love, and self-worth.

Yes, feeling and being pretty are important to most women.

But you can be your most beautiful with natural, organic, holistic, WHOLE lifestyle choices that include detoxifying, daily practices, consumer choices and only using healthy cosmetics, and finding your unique beauty… because NOBODY else can be YOU! Celebrate your life.

No more subjecting yourself to life threatening procedures promoted by so many forces that look to keep women enslaved [and also look to line their pockets with your money].

Let’s move into a totally new world with women making conscious, natural choices for themselves and for their families. What a world we could have if everybody loved themselves enough to stand up for eco-conscious and life affirming choices.
